Green Thumb Marketplace Return/Refund Policy:

If within 30 days from purchase, you are not satisfied with your non-defective accessory item please call 469 333 1794  or email us at info@gtmplace.com. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back. Greenhouses are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will process missing parts with the same high standards of customer satisfaction,please call within 30 days that a part is missing.

For all Riverside non-defective products customers can return to us within 30 days of the order date. A credit or exchange will be issued in accordance to our policy and may be subject to a restocking charge which will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by a minimum of 25%. All returns must be in original packaging and will not be issued credit if it is not in sellable form. For defective items, customers may return to Green Thumb Marketplace  within 15 days of  the order date.  After 15 days, only the manufacturer warranty applies and customers will need to contact Green Thumb Marketplace at info@gtmplace.com or 469 333 1794.

For all TDI brands, returns are NOT accepted without prior return authorization for our customer care team. The invoice number must appear on all packages. Return merchandise must be sent freight prepaid along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking and repackaging fee. Items must be in saleable condition. All claims must be made 10 days of invoice date. In case of a damaged shipment, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package and call us immediately for further instructions. Keep the orginal carton and damaged merchandise until claim is resolved.
